1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Aurora Midnite Network website (auroramidnite.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Aurora Midnite Network's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

3. Disclaimer

The materials on Aurora Midnite Network's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Aurora Midnite Network makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Aurora Midnite Network or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Aurora Midnite Network's website, even if Aurora Midnite Network or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Aurora Midnite Network's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Aurora Midnite Network does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Aurora Midnite Network may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

Aurora Midnite Network has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Aurora Midnite Network of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Payments and Billing

Payments for Aurora Midnite Network services may be processed through Square (primary processor for new customers and standard plans) and, where applicable, Ko-fi (including certain legacy or grandfathered arrangements). By purchasing or renewing services, you agree to the payment terms of the processor used for that transaction.

Payment Processing

• Square: New hosting, cart checkouts, invoices, and standard renewals may be processed securely through Square. Square may offer credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods Square supports. Card and wallet data is handled by Square and is not stored on our servers.
• Ko-fi: Some payments (including certain grandfathered creator renewals and legacy flows) may be processed through Ko-fi at https://ko-fi.com/tehkluma. Payment information for those transactions is handled by Ko-fi and is not stored on our servers.
• All processor transactions are also subject to Square’s and/or Ko-fi’s own terms of service and privacy policies.

Subscriptions, Pricing, and Recurring Payments

• The standard website hosting rate for new customers is $12.95 per month (or the then-current rate published on our site at the time of purchase).
• You can view plan status, invoices, and cancel options in your account Billing area (and related invoices/services pages).
• Cancellation marks your plan as cancelled on Aurora Midnite Network. Where a paid period is already recorded, access may continue through the end of that paid period as shown in your account.
• You may resubscribe or renew later through the payment methods offered at that time (typically Square for standard plans).

Grandfathered Rates (Legacy Creator Pricing)

Certain existing customers may remain on a grandfathered (legacy) hosting rate lower than the current standard rate—for example, a locked historical rate such as $10.95 per month—while their hosting subscription remains continuously active under that arrangement.

• Continuity required. Grandfathered pricing applies only to eligible accounts that keep an active qualifying subscription at the grandfathered amount.
• Cancellation ends grandfathering. If you cancel your subscription (including free plans or paid hosting), allow it to expire without renewal, or otherwise end the grandfathered plan, you forfeit that legacy rate.
• Reactivation is at the new rate. If you later renew, resubscribe, or purchase hosting again after cancellation or lapse, you will be charged the then-current standard rate (currently $12.95/Monthly, subject to change) and standard payment methods (typically Square). Prior grandfathered pricing will not automatically restore.
• Grandfathered status is determined by your account’s active subscription amount and plan records on our systems, not solely by marketing copy or past invoices.
• We may still offer Ko-fi renewal paths for active grandfathered accounts; that does not guarantee the same rate after a cancel-and-return.

One-Time Purchases

• Domain registrations, custom packages, and other one-time items may be purchased through our cart/invoice flow (Square) and/or other published checkout methods.
• Domain pricing varies by TLD and may use live registry pricing plus applicable service fees.
• Domain renewals are separate transactions and must be completed before expiration to avoid loss of the domain.

Payment Matching and Invoices

• Square checkouts create invoices in your account; successful payments update invoice status when confirmed by Square (including webhooks where configured).
• Ko-fi payments may be matched via webhooks using your registered email or linked platform accounts.
• If a payment does not appear on your account, contact us with the Square payment/order reference or Ko-fi transaction ID.

Refunds (No 7-Day Refund Window)

Aurora Midnite Network does not offer a general 7-day (or other cooling-off) refund guarantee on services. Unless required by applicable law or we expressly agree otherwise in writing for a specific order, the following applies:

• Services are non-refundable. Hosting, website maintenance, subscriptions, custom development, custom bots, creator websites, consulting, labor hours, support packages, and other professional or custom services are sold as non-refundable once purchased or work has begun.
• Custom and scoped work. Custom services and any deliverables within a custom project (including design, development, integrations, bots, portals, revisions already performed, and related maintenance) are non-refundable.
• Website maintenance. Maintenance plans, scheduled maintenance blocks, and related service time are non-refundable, including unused portions of a paid period unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Hosting and subscriptions. Monthly hosting and other recurring service fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once charged. Cancellation stops future renewals according to your account/billing status; it does not create a refund for time already paid.
• Domains. Domain registrations and renewals are generally non-refundable once registration or renewal has been ordered or completed with a registry.
• Processor rules. If a rare exception is approved by us in writing, any refund is processed through the original payment processor (Square and/or Ko-fi) and remains subject to that processor’s rules and timelines.
• Chargebacks. Filing an unwarranted chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension and recovery of fees, costs, and any amounts owed for services already provided.

Outstanding Charges

• Outstanding charges may be added to your account for additional services, custom work, or overages.
• You will be notified of outstanding charges (for example by email or in your dashboard).
• Outstanding charges may be paid via Billing, invoices, Square, Ko-fi, or other methods we provide.
• Failure to pay outstanding charges may result in service suspension or termination.

8. Service Terms

By purchasing services from Aurora Midnite Network, you agree to the following:

• Services are provided on a best-effort basis
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of these terms
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You agree not to use our services for illegal activities or to violate any applicable laws
• We may modify service features or published pricing with reasonable notice to active subscribers; grandfathered rates remain subject to Section 7 (including loss of grandfathering after cancellation or lapse)

9. Modifications

Aurora Midnite Network may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aurora Midnite Network operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
